The Opportunity We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to provide exceptional support to our clients and help drive new business growth of Ashurst Reach in the Australian legal flexible resourcing market. This is a newly created role resulting from the growth of the Ashurst Reach business and can be located in either Melbourne or Sydney. Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's flexible legal resource and recruitment offering, helping both the firm's practice groups and in-house legal teams tap into top-tier expertise on an interim basis. We support our clients to manage peak workloads, projects and transitions with additional resources. Responsibility for internal opportunity and placement management, including fostering strong relationships with key internal stakeholders. Engaging in industry events and opportunities to build the Ashurst Reach brand in the market. Supporting the delivery of Ashurst Advance strategy, including providing holistic NewLaw solutions to clients. Supporting the end-to-end opportunity management process for both internal and external placements. Experience in the legal flexible resourcing or legal recruitment industry would be highly advantageous. Confident and professional manner, with the ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders at Partner and General Counsel level. Excellent written and oral communication, with strong relationship building skills. Experience delivering successful proactive BD strategies. A proactive, can-do attitude who enjoys working as part of a team. Excellent organisation skills with high attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, working to deadlines.
