This is where indulgent retreat meets urban convenience. We are currently looking for a Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our team. Working closely with our Kitchen Leaders, you will assist in the daily operations across Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events. Please note: This role includes early morning shifts starting from 5:30am. What you’ll be doing Assisting with daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards What we’re looking for Previous experience or currently studying cookery Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills Good time management Knowledge of HACCP procedures High standard of personal presentation Commitment to delivering quality guest experiences Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings (5:30 am starts), evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
