These are permanent positions with a clear path toward future leadership opportunities. Role Overview We are seeking 1-2 Fitters to join the team. You will initially start on Day Shift to get up to speed with site processes, before transitioning into a permanent Night Shift position. Key Responsibilities Perform PM, machine changeovers and maintenance. Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and perform reactive repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled. Fine-tune equipment and calibrate machinery for optimal performance. Collaborate with production teams to ensure plant-wide efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs. Adhere to all site safety protocols and procedures. Requirements Accredited trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter. Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Effective communication skills and a team-player attitude. Willingness to transition from Day Shift to Night Shift. Rewards Rate of Pay: $47 per hour (Day Shift rate).
