About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established occupational rehabilitation provider with a strong presence across NSW. Due to continued growth in the Illawarra region , they are looking to welcome a Rehabilitation Consultant who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful client work. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build strong local relationships, manage a manageable caseload, and enjoy a genuine work-life balance while still progressing their career. The Role: You'll support injured workers through their rehabilitation and return-to-work journey, working closely with employers, insurers, and treating practitioners to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions. Your day-to-day will include: Managing a mixed occupational rehabilitation caseload Developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans Conducting workplace, functional and vocational assessments Building strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders Providing clear, timely reports and recommendations About You: You're confident, organised, and enjoy working independently while being supported by an experienced leadership team.
