This is a Brushcutting Operator role with Green by Nature based in Greensborough, VIC, AU Green by Nature Role Seniority - junior, mid level More about the Brushcutting Operator role at Green by Nature About the Role As a member of the brushcutting team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. Operate various equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Ensure open spaces are maintained to a high standard. Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. About You Previous experience in Brushcutting required Must have a Manual (C) Drivers Licence Traffic management experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
