About the team and our role Our dedicated Employment & Workplace Relations team advises a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large multinationals, listed companies, and major not-for-profit associations, on all aspects of employment and industrial relations. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking interest from practitioners with experience in employment law, at Associate, Senior Associate, or Associate Director level, to join our leading employment team in South Australia. About you To be successful in our role, you will be/have: At least 3 years’ post-admission experience in employment and workplace relations law Experience in any or all of the following: Generalist employment law advice Employment disputes Pay compliance and interpretation of industrial instruments Workers compensation and WHS matters Strong technical skills and advocacy experience Commercial acumen and the ability to build strong client relationships Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach A commitment to mentoring and developing junior team members What will we offer you?
