The full-time role Snooze Helensvale is on the lookout for a Sales and Warehouse Team Member who brings confidence, authenticity, and a genuine knack for building relationships, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is predominantly a sales role, but includes lifting and warehousing duties. For the right candidate, we’re also open to a part-time option, working 3-4 days a week. Your role will include shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. At Snooze, you will Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience. You will bring Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential) Customer centric behaviours Confident and professional communication skills The ability to use a computer The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strengthto carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
