What does the job look like? The Intermodal team is currently seeking a Branch Manager based in Darwin to oversee the East Arm Operation in Northern Territory. As part of this role, you will work with our respective stakeholders to provide excellent customer service to grow and develop current customer relationships within the region. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday with reasonable overtime. Key areas: Support the Territory/Regional/National Managers of the Road and Rail Networks Manage the weekly P&L to achieve the financial plans across all aspects of the operation and its associated cost centres Ensure that the operation provides superior customer service in all aspects Ensure the optimal movement of freight to meet both customer requirements and operational efficiency Provide quotes and offer additional services to customers to promote growth and profitability Ensure site meets Compliance requirements and facilitates the auditing process Close out all Site-specific Corrective Actions on the Compliance reports within the required timelines Are you the one?
