About the role We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancer with 1-3 years’ experience to join our Adelaide property team. This is an opportunity to join our highly skilled conveyancing team led by three senior conveyancers. You will manage a variety of SA commercial and residential property transactions from start to finish, working both independently and supporting our senior conveyancers. Key duties include: Managing transactions via PEXA and paper. Preparing and registering dealings with Land Services SA. Communicating with clients and third parties. About you You’re a confident and organised Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal who can manage files independently. You’ll bring: Experience managing conveyancing matters end-to-end. Proficiency in using PEXA, RevenueSA Online and SAILIS. High attention to detail and sound organisational skills. A team player, collaborative mindset and approach to your work.
