Permanent Senior Legal Assistant Role Your New Role A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to support its Managing Partner in a true 1:1 capacity. This is a high energy, high impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys being at the centre of the practice, and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.This position will appeal to a highly organised, proactive legal assistant who is comfortable working at speed, managing competing priorities, and anticipating the needs of a senior leader. Key Responsibilities Draft, amend, and manage a high volume of legal documents with speed and accuracy Maintain rigorous document version control and advanced formatting standards Independently conduct and manage searches as required Ensure efficient file and matter management, including rapid and accurate filing Coordinate diaries, deadlines, and workflow priorities Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support across the practice What You'll Need to Succeed Demonstrated experience as a Senior Legal Assistant or Legal PA, preferably in direct support of a Partner or Managing Partner Advanced legal documentation and document management expertise Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and confidently Excellent organisational and time management capabilities Sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously when required A proactive mindset and resilience in a high-pressure environment What You'll Get in Return This role offers the opportunity to work in close partnership with a Managing Partner and play a critical role in the smooth running and success of the firm.
