The Details Essential: Availability for Wednesday night shifts is a requirement for this role. Approximately 15–25 hours per week. Competitive Casual Level 2 rates. Looking for a minimum commitment of 3 months to the team. About You At least 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or bistro. Confident carrying 3 plates and thriving in a busy, fast-paced setting. Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely passionate about guest service. Polished presentation with excellent communication skills.
