Description Provide insight, challenge, and strategic financial guidance to support supply chain operations and decision-making. Partner with key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements. Own manufacturing and cost accounting, inventory control, overhead and production analysis, and investment controlling Lead site annual budgets, standard costing, forecasts, and IBP cycles, including capex and cost‑saving initiatives Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with audit, inventory, and asset governance requirements Profile A successful Supply Chain Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent) Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with ERP and supply chain systems with JD Edwards experience highly regarded Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is desirable Job Offer Competitive salary package between AUD $130000 and AUD $150000 Bonus Super Permanent, full-time position in Bathurst.
