As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most. Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you’ll: Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness — physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations. Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans. Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes. Provide expert advice — ergonomic, workplace-modification, functional capacity or return-to-work.
