Conditions: With shifts available across the 3 sites, if this type of work is of interest it would be great to connect and see what works around your availability and other commitments. Two of the clinics are part of the hospital whilst the third stands alone but is based nearby a large hospital. All have nursing and reception support, with the nurse triaging the patients and redirecting anybody not suitable to be seen within the clinic itself. Best Practice software is in use and an induction to the service will be given on your first shift. For the two clinics located with the hospitals, the patient stream can be monitored in conjunction with the ED and across all clinics the patient numbers are monitored later in the evening to stay within the finish time. With morning shifts running from 8am – 3pm, the evening shift then runs from 3pm – 10pm and the service operate 7 days per week. $200 per hour is paid on the weekdays, whilst $250 is paid across the weekends. There is the opportunity to pick up ad hoc shifts, find a regular shift that works for you or to pick up a block of shifts across certain dates. This role is for local doctors as there is no travel or accommodation support available.
