We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Mechanic (General) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. - Removing and inspecting engines, gearboxes, and steering systems. - Repairing/replacing worn components and reassembling systems. - Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and engine tuning. - Testing and fine-tuning repaired parts for safety. - Using diagnostic equipment to assess faults. - Inspecting vehicles for roadworthiness. - Attending breakdowns or roadside service calls if needed. Key Skills and Experience: - AQF Certificate III (with 2 years on-the-job training) or AQF Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanics. - At least 1 year of experience as a Motor Mechanic. - Fluent in English.
