These enhanced services include clinical, lifestyle, technology, food, and dining options. As the Resident Services Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the promotion and administration of this program. Your role is essential in ensuring residents and their families clearly understand the benefits and inclusions of Optimal Care, as well as the associated fees. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you'll work closely with Resident Admissions Coordinators and the project team in establishing this new service. Beyond resident engagement, you’ll be a key support for site staff - addressing questions, concerns, and complaints, while delivering up-to-date training to ensure consistent service delivery. You’ll also maintain accurate records, monitor operational metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the program, its inclusions, and the overall resident experience. This is a dynamic and impactful role that blends advocacy, education, and operational oversight—making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians and the teams who care for them. What You Will Bring You are a confident and compassionate communicator with a proven track record in sales, community engagement, or relationship management.
