About the Role: We are currently looking for Commercial Carpenters on an ongoing basis, for general commercial carpentry requirements on a brand new Aged Care build. The role includes a variety of work, so no day will be the same, with experience in timber framing, steel framing and cladding a must and having your EWP ticket is desirable. Being able to work on your own at times and in a team is a must, to go with a can do attitude that wants to see daily goals achieved. Duties Include: Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution of works Set out of internal frames Build & construct timber frames Set out and stand steel frames External cladding - Prepare, measure, cut and install Location: Tullamarine Benefits: Good Hourly Rate Shift Times - 7.00am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday Overtime on Offer and occasional Saturdays ( Penalty Rates ) Work in a team environment Potential for ongoing positions What you will need: Be familiar and comfortable working in a team or individually Familiar with external cladding installations Ability to read plans A good work ethic is a must Available full time hours.
