6 month temp assignment, with possibility of extension Project role for a very large, complex organisation Brisbane CBD office location We are looking for a Source to Pay (S2P) Business Analyst to support a major finance and procurement transformation program. You will work closely with the S2P Lead to help design, test, and implement a new Source to Pay system, including integration with a finance ERP platform. This role covers the full process from supplier sourcing through to payment, ensuring systems, data, and processes work smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) Source to Pay processes Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Support system setup, configuration, and workflow design Assist with integration between procurement and finance systems Support data migration, including supplier and transaction data checks Support go-live activities, cutover, and hypercare Work with stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and external partners Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Skills & Experience 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role Experience in finance, ERP, or transformation projects preferred Strong understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident working with large datasets and Excel Why Join?
