Reporting to the Marketing Director – Asia Pacific, you will play a key role in driving growth across the region by delivering impactful marketing strategies, campaigns, and product initiatives that elevate Graymont’s brand and strengthen customer engagement. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will blend creativity with analytics to deliver meaningful results. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing market conditions and translating findings into clear marketing plans. This includes conducting research and data analysis to identify customer segments and growth opportunities, and synthesising insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the development and refinement of content for digital and print, as well as multimedia and social communications as required. Managing micro-sites and monitoring campaign performance, optimising activity to maximise return on investment. In addition, you will produce accurate, high-quality marketing collateral, ensure brand consistency, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects and exhibitions to schedule, and contribute to product marketing initiatives, product positioning, and go-to-market planning. What you bring You are a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for storytelling and results. Ideally, you will have: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role. Experience in industrial, agriculture, or primary product sectors (highly regarded) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent organisation and project management abilities A keen eye for detail and high-quality output Creative thinking with solid writing and design capabilities Proficiency in digital tools, social media, and video/content editing A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field About Graymont Graymont is a global leader in lime and limestone solutions.
