About the Role A well-established Brisbane-based property management agency is expanding and seeking a Maintenance Specialist (or an experienced PM with strong maintenance exposure). This role sits within a dedicated maintenance function, currently supported by a part-time team member. It would also suit a Property Manager with strong maintenance experience who prefers to focus on this side of the business. Urgent issues are escalated through the Property Manager and Head of Department, meaning you won't be left carrying everything alone. You'll be working alongside a supportive team in a collaborative environment that values professional development and work-life balance.
