This is a full-time temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday, supporting the finance team with the day-to-day accounting functions across a residential property portfolio. This role requires a candidate with proven experience in residential property accounting who can hit the ground running and confidently manage key financial processes with minimal supervision. MRI software experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: Managing trust and property accounts across a residential portfolio Bank reconciliations and daily account balancing Processing rent receipts, payments, refunds and creditor invoices Preparing monthly financial reports and statements Assisting with end of month processes and journal entries Liaising with property managers, tenants and suppliers regarding account queries Monitoring arrears, outstanding invoices and account discrepancies Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and trust accounting procedures Maintaining accurate records and data within MRI software Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in property accounting is essential Strong working knowledge of MRI software Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy environment Strong communication skills and professional approach The Opportunity: Immediate start available Full-time temporary assignment for 1 month Monday to Friday hours Great opportunity to join a supportive and professional team Why Temp?
