In this role, you will steward and grow a portfolio of major donors, develop tailored engagement strategies, and secure philanthropic support that directly funds the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of animals across NSW. About you Minimum 3 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector Strong background in major donor or relationship fundraising Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with donor stewardship, proposals, and impact reporting Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) Proactive, collaborative, and highly professional approach At RSPCA NSW, your work has purpose helping animals in need and strengthening the human-animal bond every day.
