The Role You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and service execution to team leadership, food safety, and cost control. Working closely with Front of House, Events, and the Kitchen Gardener, you will ensure a seamless guest experience, consistent food quality, and a well-supported, confident brigade.
