This is a hands-on leadership role, coordinating maintenance and capital works while keeping schedules on track and operations running smoothly across critical production periods. What you'll be doing: Coordinating maintenance and capital work execution on site Working closely with planners and schedulers to deliver achievable work plans Leading teams through breakdowns, shutdowns, and daily operations Driving safety, productivity, and reliability outcomes Stepping up to lead in the absence of the Engineering Superintendent What we're looking for: Trade-qualified with 5 years' maintenance experience Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills SAP experience (highly regarded) Why this role?
