12 month contract with a view to extend| Based in Sutherland, Sydney Experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale transformational Projects Australian citizenship is a MUST| 3 days in office |On site parking Our client is looking for a Change Analyst for a multi-year transformation project involving the introduction of a new service model across the corporate functions and operational business groups, as well as a system replacement (GRC tool) for managing risks, controls, obligations, incidents and audit. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and their application. Experience in Change Management, with experience gained in medium to large scale enterprises (experience in manufacturing or engineering environments desired but not essential). Change Management experience in large scale business transformation projects Experience in preparing communications (ppt, email, intranet, video development skills highly regarded Experience in establishing and maintaining the stakeholder communications and engagement plan Experience in Supporting change stream project planning in excel, MS Planner (sprint boards etc) Possibly impact assessment and support for workshop delivery etc Please Note: All resumes MUST be submitted in Word format.
