In this role, you will leverage data to prioritize and modernize physical locations requiring critical IT infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, you will assess our broader technology landscape by mapping user lifecycles, evaluating current systems against enterprise architecture, and building strategic roadmaps to optimize the overall experience. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Conduct evidence-based research and data analysis to evaluate, prioritize, and select physical locations that require immediate IT capability upgrades. Evaluate the current technology stack and software applications to ensure they align perfectly with the broader business architecture and operational goals. Map out existing value chains and operational workflows, with a specific focus on defining and optimizing the high-school student lifecycle. Drive the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, capturing robust business, user, and functional specifications tailored to business capabilities. Analyze and reverse-engineer existing legacy systems to uncover current technical capabilities and constraints. Formulate strategic recommendations based on your analysis and confidently present these insights to the senior leadership team. Actively support the execution of IT projects, bringing strong delivery skills to the table, and assisting the team with scoping and effort estimation for upcoming work. Take ownership of key project documentation, producing comprehensive Business Analysis Plans, compelling Business Cases, detailed Student Lifecycle models, and day-to-day analysis reports. Partner closely with the Project Manager to prepare and deliver robust project governance packs.
