You will help lead the team to deliver high-quality clinical care and exceptional customer service, driving commercial success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.What You'll Do:Leadership & Culture: Champion Opal’s values and foster a high-performance culture where team members are engaged, supported, and inspired to excel.Care Excellence: Ensure the delivery of personalised, high-quality care that meets all clinical standards and compliance requirements.People Leadership: Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, rostering, and performance management to build a skilled and stable team.\Operational Support: Partner with the General Manager on operational priorities, including resident admissions and resource planning, to maintain a thriving community.Continuous Improvement: Lead projects and initiatives that enhance the resident experience and improve operational efficiency.What You'll Bring:AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
