Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and WHS requirements. Assist in maintaining kitchen operations, including rostering support and workflow efficiency. Enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Cookery Minimum 1 years relevant experience. Excellent time management abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes. Familiarity with sanitation regulations. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
