An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Leadership & Engagement Specialist to join a high-impact transformation program within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant operating model change. Sydney CBD (Hybrid) $600 – $718.75 per day super Full-time (40 hours/week) Contract to 30 June 2026 (extension potential) Immediate start This role is critical in supporting senior leadership teams through organisational change, helping design and deliver initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness, purpose, and performance. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to facilitate workshops, provide coaching support, and guide teams through post-determination transition and rebuild phases. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver leadership and team effectiveness initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Facilitate workshops focused on team purpose, priorities, behaviours and operating rhythms Partner with senior leaders to support post-determination team stand-up and transition activities Provide coaching and guidance to leaders navigating organisational change Manage multiple workstreams, balancing delivery and project management responsibilities Adapt and refine program design “on the run” to meet changing business needs Deliver pre- and post-workshop activities, including preparation, stakeholder engagement and follow-ups About You Strong background in facilitation, coaching and leadership development Proven experience supporting organisational change or operating model transformations Ability to design and adapt solutions in real-time in complex environments Confident working with senior leadership stakeholders , providing guidance and support Demonstrated project management capability , managing high-volume deliverables Experience with agile or iterative ways of working (desirable) Background in Organisational Psychology or similar highly regarded Working Arrangements Hybrid model – typically 2 days in office (Tuesdays & Thursdays) , with flexibility Collaborative, high-performing team environment Based in Sydney CBD (680 George Street) Additional Information Start ASAP – interviews being scheduled urgently Police check required Contract through to 30 June 2026 (extension not yet confirmed) Apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
