This is not your typical collections role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering fair, practical, and customer-centric outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of late-stage accounts, working closely with customers to find realistic and sustainable solutions. Manage high-volume inbound and outbound collections activity Own a portfolio of late-stage recoveries Conduct skip tracing to locate and re-engage customers Negotiate repayment plans and build strong customer relationships Liaise with external parties including agents and legal representatives Assess financial hardship applications and provide appropriate solutions Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies Contribute to team and individual KPI performance What You’ll Bring 1 years’ experience in collections (secured or unsecured) Strong experience in late-stage collections and skip tracing Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Positive, team-oriented approach High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a bonus Litigation experience highly regarded Why Join Be part of a growing business with strong momentum Supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Sydney CBD location $80,000 - $100,000 super bonus structure Ongoing development and career growth opportunities Interested?
