About the role As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the healthcare sector. You will partner with clients and candidates across nursing, allied health, medical, and aged care, building strong relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the division. You will need to: Be an enterprise thinker with a holistic view of your market - Prioritise candidate and client experience in everything you do Manage competing priorities across multiple roles and clients Enjoy engaging with healthcare professionals and building long-term relationships Be passionate about positioning yourself and Troocoo as a market leader in healthcare recruitment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across healthcare roles Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates Source, attract, and place high-quality healthcare professionals across permanent and contract roles Build new client relationships and grow existing accounts - Contribute to team performance and broader divisional success Ensure consistent delivery of a professional and high-quality recruitment methodology About you Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment experience highly regarded) Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities - Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed KPIs Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness A team player who aligns with Troocoo values and behavioural principles What we offer The successful candidate will be financially rewarded with a highly competitive salary package and uncapped commission.
