Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a Road Maintenance project in Sydney. Main Duties: Oversee design management , coordinating and liaising with external designers Perform design reviews and provide oversight to ensure engineering standards and project requirements are met. Understand and interpret design briefs , ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives. Lead construction management activities , monitoring progress, quality, and safety on site. Act as the primary interface between designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide technical guidance on small-to-medium scale civil infrastructure projects , ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Requirements: Proven experience in design management and construction management for civil infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of road maintenance projects , including slopes, culverts, bridges, lane widening, and slip-road upgrades. Demonstrated experience in mentoring and managing project engineers . Strong understanding of design briefs and engineering standards . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
