Systems Analyst II Contract to 05/04/2027 | Belmont WA | Hybrid working We are partnering with a leading Mining company to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst II. In this role you will oversee the delivery, management, enhancement, and support of tenure management systems. Key Responsibilities System administration, manage system use, integrity, quality and data content using tools such as Key Performance Indicators, System metrics and reporting where possible driving to self-service. Provide hands on technical support, troubleshooting, development, improvement for tenure and contract management solutions, including improved performance and integration with other systems e.g. GIS / BI Technical implementation, development and tracking of governance, standards etc. Manage, improve and implement tenure and commercial workflows based on jurisdictional /business processes Ensure action alerts are managed, received, acted on and closed. Hold users accountable Develop and provide reporting to quality check data, completeness and report on tenure, contracts, spend, projected spend commitments etc. Ensure all content secured according to legal requirements Provide analytics on content to support decision making, TARPS etc. (e.g. tenure over time, tenure coming free) What we’re looking for? Proven experience managing and improving risk information systems and tenure/commercial management software. Strong ability to provide quality temporal and spatial data analysis and translate insights into actionable reporting. Experience setting and monitoring clear data governance frameworks and proactively holding users to business compliance standards. Ability to update systems for legislative changes and integrate new jurisdictions or agreement types seamlessly.
