You will step away from the model of larger firms and engage directly with experienced partners and clients. Your Remit Working across a sophisticated portfolio, your experience will likely include: Complex Transactions: Private M&A, share and business sales, and corporate restructures. Private Client Advisory: Assisting with family office structures, trusts, intergenerational succession planning and asset protection. General Commercial: Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, shareholder/unitholder agreements, and corporate governance. Strategic Advice: Providing pragmatic, clever legal strategies for clients. About You Experience: around 3–7 years PAE in Corporate/Commercial law from a reputable law firm. Discretion: You understand the sanctity of privacy for high-profile individuals. Technical Excellence: Superior drafting and a keen eye for detail are a must.
