Location: Bankstown, NSW Salary Package: $67,000 Super Role Highlights: Our client is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their busy contact centre team. In this role, you will manage a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, email and live chat, while providing a high level of service and support to customers. You will also assist with administrative and data entry tasks, ensuring customer records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
