ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is looking to add a Transport Co-ordinator to their team. Covering all aspects of transport including Air, FCL and LCL. The ideal candidate will come from a freight forwarding transport team with previous exposure in a similar role. DUTIES • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full FCL, LCL & Air deliveries • Ensure files are processed for collection to minimise delay and penalties • Liaising with shipping lines and forwarders to arrange payment of local charges to obtain EDO's • Monitoring and actioning emails and phone calls to assist customers SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Previous cartage experience within the freight forwarding industry • Strong time management skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team • Previous experience in a high-volume environment COMPANY CULTURE The company supports individuals and encourages personal development and growth for all their employees.
