You’ll also be responsible for managing litigation files and handling related correspondence, giving you exposure to a broad and engaging scope of work. To succeed, you’ll bring experience in commercial or consumer debt recovery, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. An understanding of legal processes within debt recovery, as well as knowledge of privacy legislation and the UCCC, will be highly regarded.
