The Opportunity: Fantastic Career Development ASX 200 Listed, Market Leading, Company with a Strong Growth Agenda Join a Stable and High-Performing Team About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Brisbane CBD Support Office on a permanent full-time basis. This is not a graduate position — we’re looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of hands-on FP&A or financial analysis experience and is ready to contribute meaningfully from day one. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll take ownership of financial modelling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the business, while building strong working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and the broader organisation. You’ll be a credible, confident analyst who can translate complex financial data into clear insights — and who actively looks for ways to improve the tools and processes around them. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver monthly reporting (internal and external), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance. Confidently build and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and Power BI dashboards. Drive variance analysis across revenue, cost, and performance metrics — identifying trends and presenting insights clearly to key stakeholders. Experience with corporate forecasting and budgeting. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Operations, and other business units — acting as a trusted point of contact for financial queries and analysis. Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and new property acquisitions, contributing financial modelling and analysis to inform decisions. Proactively identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, tools, and frameworks across the Finance function. About You: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or similar commercially focused finance role. Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. CA/CPA progress is advantageous. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with proven ability to build models from scratch, work across large data sets, and automate reporting. Demonstrated Power BI experience, including the ability to independently design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports. Strong stakeholder engagement skills — you’re comfortable working across departments, building relationships at all levels, and communicating financial insights to non-financial audiences. High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality outputs under deadline pressure. Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused — you own issues and drive them to resolution. A collaborative team player who brings energy, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
