Job Description Reporting to the Chief Steward, we are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Steward is a key role within our culinary team, working closely together to ensure our kitchens are organised and clean, ready to deliver to our guests. In this role you will (but not limited to): Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away. Wash pots by hand Ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment. Use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items. Wipe down benches. Sweep and mop floors. Assist and liaise with chef on duty as required.
