Are you an experienced operations professional with a background in logistics or removals? We are seeking a driven and organised Operations Scheduler to oversee our Northwest Linehaul service based in Perth, ensuring operational excellence and strong commercial performance across domestic and international services. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all operational aspects of the Northwest Linehaul service. You will play a key part in supporting Moving Services activities while ensuring profitability targets are exceeded and customer expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily linehaul and removals operations to maximise efficiency and profitability Allocate labour, vehicles, storage, and equipment to meet operational demands Prepare daily driver run sheets and pre-plan upcoming activities Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and service arrangements Monitor job scheduling and resource allocation via AMOS systems Assist in managing depot labour to ensure productivity and cost control Cost and price straightforward removals, including trip costing Brief and debrief drivers, verify hours, and manage documentation and cost coding Coordinate removal activities across local, interstate, international, and regional services Review and approve contractor claims and vehicle defect reports Maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and compliance Manage claims and drive continuous improvement in service delivery Ensure compliance with fatigue management, safety standards, and company policies Investigate and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Maintain a safe working environment in line with relevant health and safety legislation Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience in logistics, transport, or removals operations Strong knowledge of household goods relocation and removalist services Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to reassure and communicate effectively with clients Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work proactively and remain prepared in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid driver’s licence required (MR licence or higher highly desirable) What We Offer A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance Career growth within a national organisation Competitive salary package Authority & Accountability Authority to recommend operational expenditure in line with company policy Ability to propose improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and customer service Responsibility to report performance issues and identify development opportunities
