Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Campbellfield. This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse operations, coordinating staff and outbound logistics, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Duties Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse and logistics function Coordinate customer order deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely despatch Support operations with inward goods and oversee outbound distribution to clients Provide reporting and operational support to ensure DIFOT targets are achieved Lead, support, and motivate warehouse team members and team leaders, fostering a high‑performance culture Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives for the warehousing team Ensure job cards are completed accurately and within required timeframes Assist with stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies as required Support the implementation of warehousing strategies and action plans to meet operational and strategic objectives Ensure full compliance with Elastomers Australia policies and procedures, including strict adherence to OH&S and QA standards About You You are a hands‑on warehouse professional with strong organisational and leadership skills. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in accuracy, safety and customer service.
