About The Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Salvos Stores Kidman Park. As Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, all while helping us raise vital funds to support Australians in need. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Kidman Park, SA. Key Responsibilities: Lead of store operations in a large-format, high-footprint store environment. Drive sales performance and achieve surplus targets in a fast-paced setting. Build, lead and grow a team of employees and volunteers. Inspire, coach and develop team members to deliver strong results and a positive culture. Manage stock flow, pricing and visual merchandising according to Salvos Stores' standards and values. Keep budgets on track and manage rosters and wage costs to ensure operational efficiency. Build strong community connections with local groups and partners. About You: Proven retail management experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment (essential). Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills A strong leader with the ability to build, develop and scale a team. Passionate about people, retail, and making a positive community impact. Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and engage diverse teams. Ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and operational demands. Experience using Workday HCM system (highly regarded).
