OVERVIEW: Join a growing, client-side project management consultancy based in Perth, delivering end-to-end property and construction projects across a range of asset classes. With a strong reputation for quality and delivery, this team partners closely with clients to manage projects from inception through to completion. They are in an exciting growth phase and are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their high-performing team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects on behalf of clients, overseeing delivery from initial planning through to completion. Projects range from new builds to fit-outs and refurbishments, typically valued between $5M and $100M. The role will involve the following: Manage the full lifecycle of projects on behalf of clients Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors Oversee project budgets, timelines, and overall performance Ensure projects are delivered in line with client objectives Identify and manage project risks and challenges Lead and mentor junior team members where required Provide clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders BENEFITS Work client-side on a range of different projects A team of professionals with extensive leadership experience Friendly and supportive team with family values Work with an employer that supports entrepreneurship and personal/ professional development Parking provided CRITERIA Must have 6 years Project Management experience Proven leadership experience within the project management space, including mentoring or managing junior team members Ability to work collaboratively in a team and enjoy a “quasi style” project management role Ideally have advanced experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – written and verbal High-level attention to detail Must have a vehicle Related property or construction degree is ideal If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and bring your expertise to a well-established client, apply today!
