We’re partnering with a well-established, growing financial services business to appoint a Residential Client Liaison to support their residential lending team. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role sitting at the heart of the loan process — working closely with consultants, clients and lenders to ensure a seamless journey from application through to settlement. The opportunity sits within a a well-functioning team, where you’ll step into a role with real ownership across the lending pipeline. You will: Manage applications end-to-end post-consultant handover Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle Work closely with consultants to progress deals efficiently Coordinate with lenders, conveyancers and third parties Take ownership of servicing, documentation and process flow This role is about guiding, coordinating and delivering a high-quality client experience. You likely come from: Mortgage broker support / brokerage environment ( highly preferred ) Lending operations / settlements / client services Home loans or lending coordination roles You will: Understand lender policies and servicing fundamentals Be confident managing multiple applications at different stages Be comfortable working across different lenders (not just one product) Take ownership of your pipeline without heavy structure Be proactive, organised and solutions-focused Key strengths Strong attention to detail and process discipline Ability to manage competing priorities calmly Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders Tech-savvy (CRM / aggregator systems / lending platforms) Curious and eager to learn Nice to have Experience with Connective, Mercury or similar aggregator platforms Exposure to servicing calculations Salesforce or CRM experience The environment Hybrid working (Tuesday & Thursday one additional day in office) Supportive, collaborative team Trust-based culture — no micromanagement Fast-paced (but not chaotic) If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of the lending process and build long-term capability in a supportive team — we’d love to hear from you. if you have any questions please email me
