Your new role As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, primarily focused on running site operations rather than being on the tools. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on programme and to quality standards. While the role is largely supervisory and project-focused, there may be occasional hands-on involvement as required. You will work closely with project management, providing clear communication, leadership and oversight across all stages of the build. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Foreman in residential and/or commercial construction Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and site coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Sound working knowledge of WHS legislation and on-site risk management Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities Current Construction White Card Valid Driver Licence Desirable: Trade background (Carpentry or similar) Experience with subcontractor-driven projects Exposure to digital site tools or project reporting systems First Aid certification What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary package of up to $110,000 Super, with some flexibility available for the right experience (within role scope).
