Role: Scrum Master Location: Sydney Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 5 Years Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks Exposure in managing Digital and Salesforce squads Extensive experience leading Agile teams in Financial service industry Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS) Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes Certified Scrum Master; Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or III is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
