We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Buderim team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, play-based education aligned with best practice. About the Role This is an opportunity for a qualified ECT who is confident in their practice and ready to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will: Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS, and regulatory requirements Create a stimulating, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment Build strong, respectful partnerships with families Mentor and support educators, contributing to a positive team culture Work closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement About You You are a committed early childhood professional who takes pride in your work and values reflective practice. You will bring: A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and quality improvement processes Current Working with Children Check (Employee) Confident communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education Why Join Only About Children We recognise and reward experienced educators.
