We’re currently seeking a proactive and personable Administration Coordinator to join our team at The Haven in Wagga Wagga. This is a permanent part-time role reporting to the Administration Manager, with hours on Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. In this varied and busy role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and employees, providing high-level admin and rostering support. Your Role Will Include: Supporting the Home Leadership Team with day-to-day administration Supporting Administration Manager with roster management Recording unplanned leave and assist with filling temporary vacancies Assisting with room occupancy and admissions Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors Creating a warm, welcoming environment for all What We’re Looking For: Certificate in Business Administration (or similar) Proven admin experience in a fast-paced environment A caring nature and passion for supporting older people Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems (desirable) Great time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS clearance What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate superannuation Generous Not-for-Profit salary packaging (pay less tax!)
