About the Campus Our Bridgeman Downs campus is a spacious, purpose-built service set across an impressive 10,000m² environment. With expansive outdoor spaces, children are encouraged to explore, take risks, and build confidence through play. About the Role As our Kindy Room Leader , you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality school readiness program, while leading and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the planning and delivery of a high-quality kindergarten program Supporting children's school readiness, including social, emotional, and early literacy/numeracy development Creating engaging learning environments that foster independence and confidence Mentoring and guiding educators within the kindergarten room Building strong, trusting relationships with families Maintaining high standards of safety, documentation, and reflective practice Working closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement What We're Looking For Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education Experience as a Room Leader or a strong educator ready to step up Sound understanding of school readiness and child development Confident communication and strong organisational skills A collaborative and supportive leader who enjoys mentoring others Why Join Only About Children We value and invest in our educators.
