About the Opportunity BRAMS is seeking a Child Health Manager to lead clinical and operational delivery of child health services in Broome, WA. Reporting to the Clinical Services Executive Manager, you’ll drive high-quality, culturally safe care for Aboriginal children and families. Key responsibilities: Leading child health teams across the clinic and outreach services Providing clinical governance and oversight of Child Health Nurses Managing workforce planning, performance, and development Monitoring service delivery, KPIs, and compliance Coordinating multidisciplinary care and specialist outreach Driving continuous improvement and service quality About You To succeed, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Recognised Child Health qualification Proven experience in child and family health , including leadership You will also bring: Strong clinical leadership and team management capability Understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services Experience in quality improvement, compliance, and service delivery Ability to work effectively in a remote or regional setting You’re a confident, culturally aware leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for Aboriginal children and families.
